About Us

There is a disconnect between deskless hourly workers on the frontline and office management. Workers can take more initiative, be more effective with their time, and significantly impact productivity. However, they are often held back by a lack of information and unclear goals.

Crewscope is a software platform built for deskless field workers. Its mission is to revolutionize fieldwork by enabling field teams to be more effective through goal-setting, communication, and incentive alignment quickly and at scale. Crewscope gamifies field work to increase engagement and productivity and attract and retain skilled tradespeople.

Crewscope has started its beachhead in the construction and industrial manufacturing segments, facing significant labor shortages and productivity challenges. Its implementation in major infrastructure projects has consistently proven 10~15% labor efficiency, good forecast accuracy, and higher worker retention.
